How Do I get My Certificate/Award?

For all CCAR Trainings completed prior to December, 2019, certificates can be obtained by visiting www.recoverycoachacademy.us.   If you cannot access your certificate, that could mean that the required session evaluation was not completed.

Please Note:  CCAR cannot research certificates more than five years old.  We advise you to get in touch with your trainer for assistance.  

If you completed your training utilizing the new Protraxx system, you may log into find your evaluation/CEU award as it will appear on your dashboard. If the evaluation is not there, your trainer may not have provided proof of your attendance. We recommend contacting your trainer directly, or you may use the form below for further assistance. There are instructions if you happen to forget your login information for Protraxx.

If neither of these options provides you with your certificate, please utilize the form below to request an investigation of participation for training, 2017 or later.  If your training occurred before 2017 - we no longer have access to those records.  You will need to contact your trainer.   Upon receipt of the form, we check to see if we have your attendance confirmed.  If we are able to confirm your participation, we will email your certificate.  If we don’t have you in our database, we’ll contact your trainer once they confirm your participation with us, we will email your certificate.

Please note that due to schedules and response times, this process could take up to four (4) weeks to complete.
