Ethics TOT Training – March 2017


March 27 & 28, 2017 at Beacon Health, Rocky Hill, CT

The Training of Trainers Program for Ethical Considerations for Recovery Coaches will provide participants with an opportunity to be an authorized trainer of this CCAR Curriculum.  Similar to the RCA TOT Program, participants in this training program should have past experience in training or facilitating.  All participants will be required to attend the accompanying Ethical Consideration for Recovery Coaches Workshop.  Those participants who successfully complete the program will be required to sign an agreement with CCAR in order to purchase materials and to be registered as an authorized trainer.  Completion of this training program will only qualify you to train this CCAR Curriculum.

This program runs from 4:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. each day immediately following the Ethical Training program which runs 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.


To attend the Ethical Considerations Training of Trainer (TOT) Program, you must attend the CCAR Ethics training at the same time as you complete the TOT Program. (In CT both trainings can be done simultaneously.) If you are someone who has previously attended an CCAR Ethics Training you will be required to attend in CT again, however you will not be charged for your attendance in the CT  program.

All participants of the TOT Program should have prior training/facilitation experience as this is not set up to provide instruction on how to train, but how to train our curriculum. All questions should be referred to
