We appreciate your patience as we implement a new platform for tracking CCAR Professional Development and Training, called Protraxx.  Protraxx is used across the country to help training organizations like ours to keep accurate records for individual for purposes of obtaining certifications/designations.  As Recovery Coaching is becoming more and more professionalized, it is important to maintain the integrity of our records process.

As facilitators, Protraxx can be a helpful tool for tracking your participants, recording their attendance and ensuring the evaluation and CEU are quickly processed and provided.

To help in this process we ask for your patience and your full cooperation.  We will not be able to support or authorize any classes that you do not comply with our new procedures.

NEW INSTRUCTOR ENROLLMENT

If you are a CCAR Facilitator and have not yet registered in the system, please do so by clicking here.

PARTICIPANT ENROLLMENT/ATTENDANCE

As an instructor you can view your list of participants, mark them as attended each day through the self check in process (click here), which prompts the system to send each participant an email with the evaluation link at the end of the training.

Please note that we are phasing out the sign in sheets once provided in excel and will begin using only the Protraxx generated sheets, or the self check in mode of verifying attendance.  

Please review the two step process for all participants to become registered in the system and then enrolled in your class.  These links will be including in your Class Information Email.
